Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days.
You have 30 days to decide to keep the product. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We must receive the product back no longer than 45 days from your receipt of your purchase in order for you to receive a full refund. Product returned beyond 45 days is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (20% off of the original retail price). Product returned beyond 90 days will be returned to you without notification. Item(s) must be returned in like new condition to receive a full refund. If items are not in like new condition, they will be returned to you without notice. Items must be returned in their original product box from the manufacturer, if items are not returned in original packaging or are damaged, you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, you must contact us prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. Any shoes received without prior notification will be sent back immediately. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s). Please contact us at heartnsole@att.net to notify us of your return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week from the receipt of your item(s).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges only on sale items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heartnsole@att.net and send your item to: 760 W. Shaw Ave, Suite #105 Fresno California US 93704.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 760 W. Shaw Ave, Suite #105 Fresno California US 93704

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
